Oliver Hankinson
Principal Product Manager | Tacit Edge Product Leadership
Oliver is a Product Manager, Career Coach, and Educator. Her passion is to help people reach their potential as Product Leaders. She currently coaches at SAIT and provides personalized career coaching through Tacit Edge. In addition to her coaching and education roles, she is a Product Leader at NEO Financial. Prior to that, she was a Product Manager at Benevity, where she specialized in the optimization of existing products and processes. This continued the work needed to strengthen the foundation to help Benevity achieve a unicorn $1.1B valuation. Her products include the Causes Portal, a one-stop shop for charities to engage with Benevity's corporate clients, which is used by some of the most impactful charities around the world including Green Peace, Doctors Without Boards, and the American Red Cross. In this capacity, she revamped the transaction reporting for charities allowing them to quickly and accurately understand how donors engage with them and reconcile > $1B funds annually.
Oliver is an exceptional contributor to our growing ecosystem through her volunteer work with many organizations. She is a key contributor and connector in the CITI (Careers In Technology and Innovation) group, as well as a product mentor for the New Idea Machine. Her experience and reach in our community are unmatched.
